Therefore, we have developed a strict contracting process to match the skills of each interpreter with the unique requirements of each and every one of your assignments.

Our High Standards:

Based on our experience ILI has been able to develop its own in-house interpreter training in order to ensure that each "Freelance Contractor" is fully trained and that fully understands our policies, rules and regulations and that they will adhere by the high standards we set forththat we work by, in order to provide our customers with the highest level of service. But ILI is also licensed to provide "Bridging the Gap Medical Interpreter Training". This training is one of the highest and most ranked medical training that helps us provideour customers with a level of service unmatched by any other.

Our freelance contract interpreters are either Certified or Qualified with over 2+ years experience in their field. We only work with interpreters that have passed ALL of our contracting requirements and that agree to adhere to our policies and procedures. Such as: Confidentiality, Neutrality and Impartiality, Accuracy, Conflict of Interest, Project Acceptance, Professionalism, Representation and Qualification, Ethical and abide by all HIPPA and Code of Conduct Rules and Regulations and abide by all HIPPA requirements.
